    FREE RETURNS

    Returns are free (excluding Outlet sales) and can be made by post or in-store within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of your order.

    You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind. During this period, you must exercise your right to return an item by printing out the prepaid returns label via your My account' area or the Order tracking page.

    The returns procedure is the same for orders from our Outlet sales. CHF 7 will be deducted from your refund.
