Traceability
Our trusted partners
As part of our transition process, we consider it important to support our suppliers in adopting a more responsible approach. This will perpetuate trust-based relationships, some of which date back over fifteen years, while at the same time helping the textile and fashion industry evolve.
At the start of each new collaboration, we share our requirements in the areas of Human Rights, the Environment and Ethics with our partners through formalised documents.
These include the Ethics Charter, the Supplier Code of Conduct and the General Purchasing Conditions.

We are also signatories to the United Nations Global Compact.
Social audits
Taking responsibility for what we produce is important to us, so we regularly call on expert, independent third parties to audit our suppliers and check our partners’ social and environmental compliance. By the end of 2025, 100% of our Tier 1 suppliers had received a social audit.

Since 2025, Claudie has continued to roll out its social audit strategy by joining the Initiative for Compliance and Sustainability (ICS). This membership means we can share information with other member companies and better manage any non-compliance identified during audits.

In addition to the usual channels of communication, Claudie Pierlot’s stakeholders can use the “Whispli” platform to report breaches of laws, regulations or internal codes of conduct in a confidential and secure manner.

Product traceability
At Claudie Pierlot, traceability is at the core of our responsible sourcing approach, in order to guarantee in-depth knowledge of our supply chains and to provide our customers with clear transparency on the manufacturing stages of our collections.

Since 2022, we have been working to provide ever more precise access to information on the traceability of our products, going beyond regulatory requirements. In addition to transparency, traceability is a key lever for gaining a better understanding of our social and environmental impacts and taking appropriate action.

For the Autumn-Winter 2025 collection, 100% of products (excluding jewellery) benefitted from full traceability, going beyond regulatory requirements.

Objective: By 2030, we aim to achieve 100% traceability for our strategic natural materials – cotton, sheep's wool and leather – by guaranteeing precise knowledge of their country of origin, as well as the breeding and cultivation methods.
