FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are free (excluding Outlet sales) and can be made by post or in-store within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your order.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind. During this period, you must exercise your right to return an item by printing out the prepaid returns label via your My account' area or the Order tracking page.
You then have 14 days from the date your returns label is generated to return your parcel to us. For more information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
