How do I place an order ?

To place an order on our online store, you must:

  • 1. Create an account or log in in the upper right corner of the homepage.
  • 2. Select your items as you browse the site and add them to your basket

If you are already a customer, click on "My Account" and sign in by entering your email address and password.

If you are not a customer, click on "My Account" then on "Create an account". 

You can also place an order quickly, without creating an account. However, you will not be able to track the progress of your order or contact customer services for a return. If you create your account you will have access to all these advantages, as well as your invoice history.

  • 3. Validate your basket
  • 4. Indicate your delivery address
  • 5. Confirm and pay for your order

Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email. If you have a account you to track your order at any time, visit the "my orders" section of your account on the website. In this section, you will find the details of your orders and you can print your invoices.

Add an item to my basket
To add an item to your basket, you must be on the page of the product you would like, select your size and click "Add to basket".

Validate my basket
To see and order products in your basket, click on "my basket" located in the upper right corner of the homepage.

Remove items from my basket
To remove items from your basket, click on the remove box represented by an x to the right of each product line.

Expiration of the basket
The contents of your basket will expire after 30 days. This term is renewable each time a product is added and at each step of the ordering process. Once this time frame has passed, the products selected will no longer be visible in your basket

Use a promotional code
To use a promotional code, simply type the code into the field intended for this purpose located in your basket. Once validated, the offer will automatically be taken into account in your order.

Complaints concerning an item purchased in-store

For any complaint concerning an item purchased in-store, we ask that you visit your point of sale with your item and proof of purchase. The manager of the store will provide you with a suitable solution. In the event of a dispute, the point of sale will directly contact customer services to reach a satisfactory solution.
