Stores are reopening, what did you plan for our and your safety?

In light of the current situation and the latest government advice, we want to let you know that some of our stores in the Netherlands have now reopened.
Rest assured, we've introduced some extra measures to help us as we tackle this challenging time together:

- Great care will be taken with deliveries to store and any alterations you may need.
- All visitors coming into store will be asked to use the hand sanitiser gel provided. This means our clothes will only be handled by those with clean hands.
- All contact points, including changing rooms, will be cleaned several times a day. Clothes that have been tried on will be ironed.
- To limit contact, we will also ask you to stay the recommended distance away from other people and pay by card wherever possible.
- A limited number of customers will be allowed into our stores at the same time. This number will depend on store size.

We have also decided to adjust the opening hours of our shops. You can find the updated timetables on this page.

How can I collect my order from a pick-up point?

Due to the current context, we invite you to wait for the reopening of your pickup point. We thank you for your understanding.

How can I exchange an item bought in store?

Don't worry, our return delays are extended until our stores reopen. Of course, your item must be new, have its labels and you will have to present your receipt.

I left my item in a store to be altered. How can I collect it?

Be assured that as soon as your store reopens our team will contact you to retrieve your item. Thank you for your undestanding

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

In the current context, the processing time of your return and refund will be exceptionally extended.

We apologize for this situation and will do our utmost to ensure that it is processed as quickly as possible.

Can I still order on the site?

You still have the possibility to order on our site. We are trying to prepare and send your order as soon as possible. Due to the current situation, the delays are extended.

Only standard delivery will be offered.

Can I change my delivery method?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your delivery method. If you have selected a pickup point or in store delivery, we will not be able to deliver this order to your home. If your order is still being prepared, we have the possibility cancel it. You will then be refunded.

What is the return delay ?

Exceptionally, we will extend our return time in accordance with the evolution of the situation. Of course, your item must be new, with its labels and unworn.

Who can I get in touch with if I have further questions?

Due to exceptional circumstances, our Customer Services teams are currently operating at extremely reduced capacity.

We therefore have no choice but to temporarily close our telephone lines, and we kindly request that you don't contact us, if at all possible.
